A.S.P Incorporated was acquired in late 2010 by the main investors of ICTS Europe with a view of integrating its Canadian activities into the Group.

A.S.P. core markets are Aviation, Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Retail. It offers a wide array of contracted services including: security officers, mobile patrol and inspection, special event personnel and electronic countermeasures, and surveillance services.
