ICTS has developed an international customer base, expanding its operations across Europe, North America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. In 2000, ICTS International incorporated its European Operations under ICTS Europe Holdings B.V., which was sold in 2002 to Fraport AG, the owner and operator of Frankfurt Airport. In April 2008, Fraport AG has sold its wholly-owned ICTS Europe Holdings B.V. subsidiary to Management Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG), a leading Germany-based private equity compay, experienced in the industrial services sector and DBAG's Fund V co-investor fund. ICTS Europe comprises 25 operating companies in 24 countries, maintaining offices at over 80 locations across Europe, employing over 10,000 staff. In 2007, ICTS in Europe provided services to over 700,000 flights; this included enhanced aviation security services provided to approximately 110,000 of these flights.
