7 September 2015

On 1 August 2015 CTSN, ICTS Europe’s Dutch subsidiary, celebrated the 5th anniversary of its business partnership with Delta Air Lines at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport.

At the beginning of July 2010, CTSN was awarded the security service contract with Delta for the provision of security services at Schiphol. Within 4 weeks CTSN accomplished the recruitment and training of a dedicated team of 80 personnel to ensure the smooth running of Delta’s 19 flights a day operation. Throughout these successful past 5 years, CTSN increased its service deliveries to Delta Air Lines, adding such activities as security services for catering, observers, Travel Document verification, and unique customer service implemented by Delta Air Lines via dedicated CTSN staff. CTSN deployed and implemented several technical and technology components, in close cooperation with Delta Air Lines. These include, for example, a state-of-the-art dispatch software system, RFID scanner and unique cabin search equipment.

“It has been a great journey so far, working on improving and honing the operation. The CTSN staff is very dedicated and professional, and we have a terrific open relationship with Delta Air Lines. It is a great pleasure to work with such a wonderful team, both CTSN and Delta, and I am looking forward to the future and to evolving the operation to even higher standards”, said Bert Bos, Manager, CTSN.
