ASP Security Services is awarded the security services contract at Toronto Pearson International Airport

14 December 2016

ASP Security Services, ICTS Europe’s Canadian subsidiary, has been contracted by the Greater Toronto Airport Authority (G.T.A.A) to provide security services as well as Operational Support Representatives (OSR) at Toronto Pearson International Airport. ASP’s Operational Support Representatives are working at both of the airport’s terminals, providing customer service to passengers arriving and departing.

Dean Lovric, President and CEO, ASP said, “This new contract started on 1 November 2016 and further expands our presence at the Airport. Just last year, in collaboration with DiagNose, ICTS Europe’s Canine subsidiary, ASP was appointed by G.T.A.A to provide canine explosive detection services at Canada’s Toronto Pearson International Airport. We have been providing security support services to the Airport for over 16 years now and we are delighted that the Airport has entrusted us with further duties: the Operational Support Representatives. It is a critical customer service role in which we greet, direct and provide information to arriving and departing passengers, whilst ensuring that the reputation of Toronto Airport is maintained.”
