On 30 March 2014, Delta Air Lines introduced a new direct flight from London Heathrow to Seattle, USA. It is a daily year-round flight, which will increase Delta’s operations to 10 daily flights out of Terminal 3 London Heathrow Airport.

‘’We are committed to providing excellent service to Delta and are pleased to strengthen our partnership with this new flight”,  commented Jim Finegan, Transport Services Director, ICTS UK.

This new operation also marks the partnership between Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic by the moving of five of the scheduled  Delta flights to join Virgin Atlantic at Heathrow Terminal 3.  The move enhances convenience and a seamless customer experience. Delta flights to Boston, New York (JFK) and Seattle now operate from Terminal 3. Flights to Atlanta, Detroit and Minneapolis continue to operate from Terminal 4. As of June 2nd and in co-operation with Virgin Atlantic, Delta will also operate a second daily service between London Heathrow and Detroit Metropolitan Airport.

ICTS UK has been providing comprehensive security services to Delta Air Lines at London Heathrow since July 2013.
