DiagNose Netherlands is pleased to announce that it has renewed its contract with KLM for the provision of canine explosive detection services at KLM Cargo’s facilities at Schiphol Airport. The service uses the RASCargO™ solution, developed by ICTS Europe and introduced in The Netherlands in 2012.
RASCargO follows the principles of REST (Remote Explosives Scent Tracing), which is a two-stage process where an air sample is extracted from the cargo container and presented to specially-trained dogs. The RASCargO™ method allows high volumes of cargo, regardless of size or density, to be screened rapidly, saving valuable time and reducing considerable the cost of screening.
“The DiagNose team is delighted with the renewal of this contract and it is undoubtedly a sign of confidence in the quality of our canine services provided over the past years. We look forward to a continued partnership with KLM” said Adan Morik, General Manager, DiagNose Netherlands.
