ICTS Europe and US Airways have a longstanding and well established business relationship and FIS the ICTS German subsidiary has been conducting security services for US Airways since 1996.

Building on this long and successful relationship, ICTS Europe/FIS were successful in winning the tender for the provision of integrated services in Munich. This is testimony to the solid and professional partnership that the companies have been enjoying over nearly two decades.

Steven Ward, FIS Station Manager at Munich said: The hiring process, training, including on-the-job training, was seamless. Local US staff, trainers and the current staff worked very hard together, utilising every available resource and with professional experience to hand, conducted a smooth, safe and successful transition which gained the attention and respect of all onlookers. The initial customer feedback has been excellent and the flights continue to depart, as they have done from day one, safely, efficiently and on time”.

The integrated services product although new to Munich, has been in operation throughout Europe for many years. It brings together passenger handling and passenger security interview. This integration provides an enhanced passenger experience and creates a hassle-free environment for the airline and passenger, whilst allowing us to utilise resources efficiently.
