ICTS Belgium has celebrated its landmark 30-year anniversary affirming it position as a leading provider of security and consultancy services.
ICTS Belgium’s origins date back to 1988 when it was a security service provider to the aviation industry at Brussels Airport working for PanAm, then acquired by Delta Air Lines. During the last 30 years, the business has expanded, mainly via organic business growth, to include the delivery of specialist security and consultancy services to airports, airlines, corporate, private and public sector clients across Belgium. In 2013, ICTS Belgium introduced Canine security to its service delivery offering, a service which has been used by Charleroi Airport for over 5 years.
“This anniversary is a celebration of the Company’s successes over the last 3 decades. We are very proud of what has been achieved. Innovation, technological developments and the delivery of quality services by our dedicated teams have been key to our success. I feel extremely fortunate to work with a team of hard-working, dedicated colleagues who make it possible for us to provide our clients with excellent services. A large proportion of our team is made up of long-serving staff members who have been with the company between 10 and 25 years. I thank all staff members for their dedication, commitment and loyalty which has contributed to the success of ICTS Belgium. We look forward to the future and working closely with our current and new clients,” said Alexandra de Ryckere, Managing Director ICTS Belgium.
Ronen Remetz, EVP Operations, ICTS Europe said, “The true spirit of ICTS was seen at the aftermath of the dreadful terrorist attacks on Brussels Airport on 22 March 2016 when ICTS Belgium employees were directly affected. The door of ICTS Belgium’s Managing Director, Alexandra de Ryckere, was always open to support her team and clients during what was a difficult time. It is our unique people who are the key players in our success. I take this opportunity to congratulate ICTS Belgium for their achievements and thank them for their contributions to the success of the wider ICTS Europe Group.”
