KLM returns to Southampton Airport

2 October 2020

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines launched a new daily service between Southampton and Amsterdam on 31 August 2020. The ICTS UK & Ireland team is responsible for the provision of aviation security, from central search, hold baggage screening, to out of gauge and terminal patrols.

Amanda Grinyer, ICTS Station Manager at Southampton Airport says, “We are delighted with the return of The Netherlands’ flag carrier, following the suspension of their service in March 2019. This new route will enable the South of England to access KLM’s extensive global network via Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, providing a much needed boost to the economy during this difficult time for the aviation industry.”
