Following a successful pilot scheme during which Bangalore Airport tried and tested ICTS Europe System’s fast check-in kiosks, called iCheck-in Agents, with thousand daily passengers, the Airport has decided to add a further 16 kiosks at its Departures terminal.

As a result of the success at Bangalore Airport, AirAsia, one of the busiest airlines in Asia, has decided to also start using the kiosks at Delhi, Jaipur, Guwahati, Imphal, Visakhapatnam Airports, (as well as Manila in the Philippines).

Guy Doron, VP Global Sales, ICTS Europe Systems, says, “During this last Quarter we have seen a tremendous take-up of our check-in kiosks by the Indian aviation market. The iCheck-in Agent’s custom-built application dramatically reduces the time required to check-in a passenger. It simplifies the process, providing a greater customer experience in the extremely busy and fast-growing Indian market.”
