ICTS Deutschland has been awarded the contract for the provision of aviation security services to Rossiya Airlines at Berlin-Schönefeld International Airport, Franz Josef Strauss International Airport in Munich and Hamburg Airport.

ICTS Europe’s German subsidiary is responsible for the provision of aircraft guarding, exterior search and security services for baggage at all 3 locations. Rossiya operates 7-weekly flights from both Berlin and Munich Airports and 5 flights from Hamburg to Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg, Russia. This 3-year contract started successfully at the beginning of November 2017.

“We are delighted with the award; it has been over 10 years since ICTS has been based at Berlin Schönefeld Airport and we are delighted to regain a presence there with Rossiya covering operations now at both Berlin airports. This new contract fits in very well with our existing operations in Munich and Hamburg. ICTS Deutschland welcomes Rossiya Airlines to ICTS Deutschland’s client portfolio and our teams look forward to building our partnership with the Russian airline”, said Harald Weber, Head of Operations, ICTS Deutschland.
