ICTS UK & Ireland and ICTS Hellas are delighted to resume operations for Air Transat at Glasgow, London Gatwick, Manchester and Athens Airports.
ICTS UK & Ireland provides the Canadian airline with security services including the checking of passenger travel documentation and the taking of passengers’ temperatures at check-in and at the boarding gate.
At Athens Airport, ICTS Hellas provides TravelDoc services to Air Transat and checks that passengers have the correct documentation and valid reason to enter the country of destination as per the Covid-19 guidelines.
Louise Cameron, Regional Manager Scotland – ICTS UK & Ireland says, “Our teams in Scotland and England successfully completed an online training workshop with the Canadian High Commission, covering all aspects of Covid-19 measures and travel restrictions for Canada. All participants found the training to be extremely beneficial.”
“We welcome Air Transat back to Athens Airport. The first flight took off for Toronto on 27 July. A series of new health measures to limit the potential spread of Covid-19 were introduced by the Canadian Government and ICTS is pleased to support the airline and to provide the necessary services to make air travel to Canada possible. Our cooperation with Air Transat dates back to 2004. We stand united during these difficult times”, said Anastasia Chourdari, Operations Manager Airlines, ICTS Hellas.
