Subsidiaries
ICTS Europe operates in 21 countries through 22 operational
companies, each of which is an independent unit headed by a
professional manager. Through its subsidiaries, ICTS Europe
provides enhanced aviation security services as well as general
aviation security services and, to a lesser extend, certain
aviation passenger handling services and general security services.
Our Operations Managers at the airports are in all cases Supervisor-level,
reporting to the Station Manager/Airport Manager, who constitutes
the highest authority in the field hierarchy. The Operations
Managers represent the professional authority to which the supervisors
can refer in most instances. They also represent the General
Manager locally.
At the large subsidiaries such as those in the UK, France, Germany,
Italy and Spain, the managers at the airports report to the
local Subsidiary Manager.
This professional management echelon allows for the existence
of an operational system characterized by professional, administrative,
and managerial thoroughness, capable of solving complex problems
that may arise during airport and flight operations, all in
real time.
The employees and managers at all levels are integrated into
a system that monitors professional performance as well as the
other relevant operational and administrative aspects. This
system allows for the identification, professional enrichment,
and subsequent promotion of promising people within the company.
The fact that the great majority of managers at the subsidiaries
have “risen from the ranks” gives ICTS Europe a firm professional
foundation, based on deep-seated identification with the Company
and a personal desire to advance within it. ICTS Europe views this
cadre of management experience and aviation security skills,
mostly home-grown, as a major competitive and qualitative asset.
This also ensures that the accumulated experience, gained through
the handling of emergency situations and management during periods
characterized by extreme pressure, remains in the company and
becomes an integral part of the service provided by ICTS Europe to
its clients.
