ICTS Europe represents our airline clients to the public, as passengers perceive us as employees of the airport or airline. Often constituting the first important point of interaction between the passengers and the airline, ICTS Europe endeavors to optimize the integration between passenger/ customer service and high-level performance of the security duties.
