General Instructors Courses
General
ICTS Europe is frequently asked to supply its aviation clients
with personnel at various levels and positions. These range
from peripheral, non-passenger contact positions, through the
more complex specializations such as x-ray operator, baggage
search and body search; profiler, who performs passenger security
treatment at the security agent level; supervisor, who manages
the overall flight security activities performed during the
flight and whose function includes responsibility for all Security
Agents; and trainer, who conducts training courses and other
instructional programs, according to ICTS Europe Product Quality
Control & Training Department requirements, as well as training
programs tailored to the needs of the client.
The need to provide this type of skilled personnel led our
Product Quality Control & Training Department to develop
a broad range of modular training frameworks, tailored to meet
these requirements.
The subjects included in each of the training frameworks are
based on the definition of the individual position, and are
geared towards assuring a high professional level of performance.
