Employee Validation System
ICTS Europe's new Employee Validation System was developed in response to the TSA requirement to security
screen the names of all passengers, crewmembers flying to or from the US, and those individuals who work for
the airline's suppliers and have access to aircraft. In support of this, the TSA generates and maintains updated
a "Watchlist" comprised of NF (No Fly) and SL (Selectee) components. ICTS Europe has taken the information found
in the TSA NF-SL Watchlist and converted it into a dynamic, web-enabled database, which is updated daily.
This online service allows airlines and suppliers in the aviation industry to security screen their employees by
offering an efficient way to ensure that any organisation's employees do not already appear on the TSA NF-SL
Watchlist. By taking pro-active measures, any organization can send a clear message to their clients by demonstrating
that they share their security concern. This screening process also serves to offer a competitive edge in the
short-term and a distinct strategic advantage in the long-term.

secure conversion programme, able to run an automated
search of employees' names against the content of the
TSA Watchlist and return results with "Match Found"

To take advantage of this service, employees' names are entered
into the system. The relevant information is automatically extracted
from the list and checked against the latest version of the TSA
NF-SL Watchlist. The result will appear on the web site, with
indication of the search result for each employee's name. If no
match is found, the employee is classified as 'cleared'. If a
match is found on the database, the system will send an alert
and allow retrieval of the actual details that appear on the TSA
list, e.g. DOB, gender, nationality, etc.
