Dear Customers and Colleagues,
2025 has been an historic year for ICTS. For the first time in our history, we have crossed the one billion Euro revenue line. This is not just a number — it is the result of years of hard work, dedication, and trust. And, I am proud to say that our profitability has followed the same upward path.
This year also marked the successful completion of the FCS Group integration, a milestone that we have turned into a springboard for growth. Building on this achievement, we created a North American Division that, for the first time ever, will make the United States our largest territory in terms of both revenue and personnel. This is a transformative moment for our Group.
None of this would have been possible without two essential forces: the confidence of our clients and the excellence of our employees. You are the backbone of everything we achieve, and I want you to know that I am grateful for this every single day.
We are also looking ahead with confidence. We are investing in developing unique, tailor-made solutions for our clients and have launched a dedicated AI department that is already delivering tools to boost the performance of our teams. Because, when you combine the best people with the best technology, there is no limit to what we can achieve together.
All of this, as always, was made possible by our teamwork and our unique ICTS Spirit — once our secret weapon, now not so secret anymore, but just as powerful as ever.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank, once again, our customers. You are the oxygen that gives energy to the body that is our people. Without you, nothing matters.
I wish each and every one of you health, success, and prosperity for 2026 and for all the years to come.

As the year drew to a close, ICTS Europe marked a significant milestone by commencing three new contracts with American Airlines (AA), highlighting the strength, responsiveness, and reliability of our partnership.
The first opportunity arose from a last-minute operational requirement. With just four days’ notice, ICTS UK was asked to assume responsibility for gate security activities at London Heathrow (LHR), effective 4 November 2025, following challenges faced by a local provider. ICTS UK responded swiftly and professionally, taking over operations seamlessly and delivering immediate results. The team has received excellent feedback from American Airlines — well done to all involved.
Following an RFP process, ICTS was awarded additional American Airlines contracts in Italy. The company will provide additional services at Rome Fiumicino (FCO), expanding its existing services at the airport, as well as Security and Passenger Handling Services at Milan Malpensa (MXP), marking ICTS’s return to MXP after several years. Operations at FCO commenced in December, 2025 and in MXP in January 2026 , both smoothly and efficiently.
“In addition to the exciting news of three new operations, which brings us to 16 locations with American Airlines, we have signed a new multi-year contract extension. This reflects the high-quality, focused, and dedicated service ICTS has consistently delivered across all stations over the years. We look forward to supporting American Airlines in 2026 with additional flight activities and are eager to further expand our footprint together across Europe”, said Ronen Remetz, EVP of ICTS Europe. “I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate American Airlines on reaching the incredible milestone of its centennial year. Wishing American Airlines continued success in the years ahead,” Remetz added.

CTSN intervention prevents human trafficking case
In October 2025, CTSN played a key role in a critical intervention during the handling of a Canadian Airline flight.
A woman and a child did not appear at check-in and were likely already airside from the previous day, having arrived with a different airline.
During gate operations, a CTSN agent noticed discrepancies in the child’s profile: the passport details did not match the child’s appearance, and the pair had minimal luggage, raising further concern. Sam requested a secondary verification from the Service Delivery Manager of Menzies Aviation, the ground handling provider at Schiphol.
KMAR, the military police responsible for border control and security, was contacted directly. While awaiting KMAR’s arrival, another adult in the gate area exhibited suspicious behaviour and had interacted with the first woman earlier. When KMAR arrived, this second woman attempted to leave the area but was intercepted and questioned by KMAR.
KMAR confirmed that the child did not match the passport identity, identifying a human trafficking case. Both adults were arrested and will be presented to the public prosecutor.
The Service Delivery Manager of Menzies Aviation commended the CTSN agent and the CTSN team for their vigilance, professionalism, and decisive response.
This case highlights the critical importance of alertness, attention to detail, and proactive observation in keeping passengers and the airport community safe. Well done to all CTSN agents involved!

In November 2025, ICTS agents at Paris Orly Airport intercepted two individuals attempting to board a flight to Canada using suspected forged Spanish passports. Further inspection revealed signs of passport forgery, and the individuals, later identified as Chinese nationals, were denied boarding. After briefly evading authorities and removing their disguises, they were apprehended and taken into police custody.
This case highlights once again the importance of vigilance, behaviour observation, and attention to detail in airport security.

Giving back ahead of the festive season: ICTS launches foodbank initiative
ICTS UK has been delighted to launch a foodbank initiative ahead of the festive period to support vulnerable individuals and families in the communities near our main operational hubs (London Heathrow, Glasgow, Bristol and Dublin).
Our teams rallied together and organised internal collection points for non perishable food items and volunteered their time to deliver and help at the local foodbanks, selected by our local teams. An internal awareness campaign encouraged participation and highlighted the impact of these efforts.
Flexible volunteering schedules ensured operational continuity, while posters and communications promoted donation drives throughout November, with deliveries taking place at the end of November and December 2025.
This initiative aimed to strengthen community ties and demonstrate our dedication to social responsibility and making a positive impact in the communities in which we operate. Our team at London Heathrow Airport spent a day volunteering at the Hillingdon Foodbank on 12 November 2025.

THE PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT (PQCT) UPDATE
The past year was for the PQCT one marked by transformation and ongoing improvement. Across Aviation Security, Quality Management, and Training we maintained and enhanced the department’s role as a cornerstone of professional excellence.

The past year was for the PQCT one marked by transformation and ongoing improvement. Across Aviation Security, Quality Management, and Training we maintained and enhanced the department’s role as a cornerstone of professional excellence. Some of our achievements:
Advancement of the Greenflow Project, and support for stations and teams through complex professional change‑management processes.
Conducting 12 audits at 10 distinct locations. In the execution of some audits, we adopted methodological changes for better efficiency.
Delivering 7 Supervisor Courses.
Publishing 13 Circulars on various professional topics.
Supporting subsidiaries in implementing ISO‑based quality systems.
Completing revisions of regulatory and training documents and operating as a trusted professional helpdesk.
And importantly, we initiated our first steps into AI implementation, setting the stage for a future where professional judgment is amplified by sophisticated AI assistance.
In 2025, General Security was added to the PQCT’s portfolio with the arrival of a leading expert in the field, who joined the department.
General Security is a rapidly growing business segment within ICTS Europe. Today, our organization delivers high-end security services and consulting to data centers (“the cloud” in everyday terms), major players in the luxury sector, and several sites of ESA, Europe’s intergovernmental space agency (
Ariane rockets, Galileo, and Mars exploration), among others. ICTS General Security also provides physical security, risk and threat assessments, as well as incident and crisis management services to a variety of clients.
Looking ahead to 2026 and beyond, the PQCT will help strengthen ICTS Europe as a human-centered, technology- and AI-driven organization, particularly in training, quality systems, and related areas.
In 2026, we will revise and reissue the Aviation Security Procedures (ASP) and update airline training materials; We will redesign Internal Threat Mitigation procedures, deliver Supervisor Courses, conduct audits using new concepts, methodologies and tools, and will create a SharePoint‑based trainer & learner resource hub – to mention just a few of our ambitious plans.
Finally, integrating General Security disciplines will strengthen the ICTS brand, improve consistency in quality management and training, and create synergies between Aviation Security and General Security that deliver tangible benefits to all.
