We are proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our ICTS teams across multiple Delta Air Lines stations this year. Their dedication, teamwork and professionalism have contributed to Delta Air Lines at LHR, FRA & KEF earning four prestigious awards in Q4 2025, each in its own category:

London Heathrow (LHR)
Delta Air Lines has named London Heathrow its Station Hub of the Month for October 2025! This remarkable honor reflects the relentless hard work and commitment of our ICTS team. As a leading global security company, we are proud to provide the crucial services that ensure Delta's complex and demanding operation runs safely and smoothly every day.

Special congratulations go to our long-serving team members for their pivotal role. Atta Bhatti, Duty Manager at LHR, states: "These staff members have been with us for quite a few years, and their performance has been outstanding. They maintain the utmost professionalism within their roles. I am very proud to have them on my team."

Frankfurt (FRA)
Frankfurt Station has been selected by Delta Air Lines as Station of the Month for November 2025, marking the station’s third recognition this year (August, September, and November).  "This recognition is the result of strong collaboration, with ICTS Europe and the GreenFlow concept playing a key role throughout the year. 

We would also like to thank everyone involved, and in particular PQCT and the Systems team, for their ongoing support and availability, which significantly contributed to this outcome. 

It highlights what effective teamwork can achieve, and we look forward to continuing in this direction," said Mesut Mujedini, Operations Manager Germany – Airline Security and Station Manager FRA at ICTS Deutschland.

Frankfurt then concluded 2025 by being named 2025 International Station of the Year, following its 2024 Station of the Year award.

The DL ACS Team at Frankfurt commented: "This achievement is a significant milestone for us and demonstrates the commitment and dedication we see from all our business partners. Your continued support and cooperation have played a crucial role in reaching this accomplishment – we genuinely could not have done it without you. Reykjavik (KEF)
ICTS Iceland is delighted to share that Reykjavik Station has been honoured with the 2025 International Station of the Year Award!

The Delta Air Lines Station Manager at Reykjavik said: "This award is a true reflection of the dedication, teamwork, and passion each of you brings to our operation every day. Whether you’re greeting customers, supporting each other behind the scenes, or going the extra mile during challenging moments, your commitment to service and excellence has set us apart.
