CTSN Team secures ESA space mission

CTSN, ICTS Europe’s subsidiary in the Netherlands, has successfully secured a new space mission at the European Space Agency’s launch base in French Guiana. The mission involved the launch of two European navigation satellites as part of the Galileo programme, marking the fifth consecutive year that ESA has entrusted ICTS with this specialised task.

During the eight-week test campaign, two CTSN teams took turns providing round-the-clock security, ensuring controlled access, checking all equipment, accompanying special transports, and verifying building seals and alarms. The successful launch took place on 17 December 2025.

“Congratulations to the entire team for their commitment and hard work in maintaining such a high standard of service delivery. Partnerships like these reflect the trust and satisfaction of both parties involved. Here’s to continued success and collaboration between ICTS/CTSN and ESA/ESTEC,” said Cheryl ten Brink, Customer Relationship Manager of CTSN Group.

ICTS Europe has partnered with ESA since 2008, providing security services at its facilities in France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.
