Experienced recruitment and vetting personnel ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory bodies.   Although always subject to specific client (and regulatory) requirement, the ICTS Deutschland selection process will normally consist of the following stages:

 

  • Process design according to job description and personal specifications
  • Evaluation of written application
  • Initial short interview, with emphasis on verifying identity of candidate (all interviewees must present passport, full National Insurance number and two utility bills for proof of address). This initial interview is carried out by specially trained interviewers.
  • Second interview with Operational Management and/or Site Management where seen as required and/or appropriate
  • Vetting
  • Medical examination (if required)
  • Assessment (and examination) at each stage of training
  • Assignment, and ongoing assessment of practical capabilities
  • Offer of permanent employment
