In 2023, CTSN initiated a new project that aims to enhance the fast-growing CTSN business and personal growth of its employees by establishing five core areas that reflect the company's values. To comply with these standards, every CTSN employee will be trained to focus on personal growth, optimize cooperation, and effectively represent the company and its identity.

For each employee who completes the training, a tree will be planted either in The Netherlands or abroad in support of different (re)forestation projects. In 2023, the company planted approximately 200 trees, and in 2024, the aim is to plant an additional 800 trees.

With this initiative, CTSN sets an excellent example of how businesses can integrate personal and professional development with environmental consciousness, creating a positive impact both internally and externally.
